Christmas Wrap Up

I know it is already 2012 and almost February of 2012 and I have not blogged about any of the holiday activities.......my bad


On another note, Christmas was amazing! Why might you say??? You mean besides it landing on a Sunday? How amazing is going to church on Christmas?!?!?!?!? I absolutely loved it!

Ok so here are the things which happened during our holiday vacation.

1. We had a fun get together at the Klockenteger (my side of the family) house, which included Amber and Raquel. Which might not seem like a big deal, but Amber (my step-sister) has not celebrated Christmas Eve with the family in at least 3 years....needless to say it was a blast to have her there again (especially since she was given the covenant present, the ugly Christmas sweater). Raquel has been dating my step_brother for what seems like a lifetime, yet she could never make it to Christmas Eve....having her there for the first time was a treat.

2. Joel and Amanda were home for Christmas Day. This has not happened in two years. :) I was so happy to have all of the kids under one room on Christmas Day! We missed you both!

3. We had a baby blessing in the family, Emmett is our cousins son. He was born in November and they had his blessing on Christmas Day!

4. We had a baptism in our ward on Christmas Eve! How amazing is that? Thank you Louie for allowing us to be part of your big day!

So what might this be saying?!?!?! We had an amazing Christmas with a lot of blessings, all we can do is thank our heavenly father.
